The Center of Excellence for Infrastructure a n d Airport Technology ( C E I A ) w a s l a u n c h e d by the Faculty of Engineering, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (RMUTT). The mission of CEIA is to develop new scientific knowledge and technology development, maintenance and operation of a wide range of infrastructure and airports engineering (in particular). CEIA offers engineering services that require specialized expertise and advanced technology for both public and private entrepreneurs, as well as being an agency that provides opportunities for students who are interested in infrastructure researches and development projects to practice and gain their professional experiences from several large construction projects in the country and abroad. Over a period of years, CEIA status have been working together with the leading engineering companies and successfully providing process improvement and project services to a wide range of infrastructure industries. These include several important projects such as design and evaluation of the air field pavements structure of all the major airports in the country.
